1. How can I find a specific product?
All products of sergionails.gr are divided into specific sectors and product groups, in order to provide quick access to the various offers. Just hover over the menu and a summary table with all product subcategories will open. Click on one of the categories. This way you can quickly and directly go to exactly those products that interest you.
Of course, you can also find the various product groups from the main “Search” function of the website. The main search is at the top of the page. Enter the search term (such as product name, product number, etc.) in the search field and click the lens icon. All relevant results will be displayed in a list of results.
2. What do the prices of the website consist of?
All prices of sergionails.gr are displayed in € including the legal VAT. The shipping costs of your total order are displayed in the shopping cart before placing the order.
3. How can I return products?
You can return the products you buy from the online store within 14 days of receipt. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send within 14 days from the receipt of the product your decision to withdraw in writing to the email address info@sergionails.gr
In any case, before returning the products, you can contact the Customer Service department.
Attention! The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The packaging of the product must not be worn, damaged, soiled or damaged in any way, or be in any condition other than its original! The usual examination and management of the product in order to determine the nature and characteristics of the product means the examination of the relevant goods, as it may have taken place in the manner usual in a physical store. The purchase amount will be refunded after checking the condition of the product, the packaging and its contents. If you have used the product other than as described above, the refund may be reduced or the refund may not be accepted. As for these products that have been unsealed, there is no right of return.
4. Can I pay by credit / debit card?
You can easily pay for your order by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Diners.
You can always be sure of the security of your transactions with the online store sergionails.gr as we use the most modern methods for encrypting your data.
5. What are discount coupons and how can I use – activate one in one of my purchases?
This is exactly what it looks like! It is another way for Sergio Nails to help new customers try out the products and reward the old ones for their continued support.
By subscribing to our Newsletter or following us on Social Media, you can receive regular updates on our offers and discount coupons for an additional discount on our products. Most of the time the discount coupons are valid for a certain period of time and specific product groups.
These discount coupons are in code form and can be used ONLY for purchases through the Sergio Nails website.
Once you have selected the products related to the discount coupon and they are in your shopping cart, go to the next step which is the step where you fill in your details for billing and shipping the products. The following message appears at the top:
Do you have a coupon? Click here to enter your code.
After clicking on this message a new field will open in which you will have to fill in the coupon code exactly as announced by Sergio Nails (Latin characters ONLY) and click on COUPON APPLICATION.
Immediately the discount of each coupon will be applied to the products of your order and will change the final payable total of the order.
You can NOT use more than one discount coupon in one order.
You can have products in your order that are not related to the discount coupon, they will just keep their cost as it was before the application of the coupon. The same goes for products that are already on a special offer, except when the coupons involve extra discounts.
