Shipping methods
Shipments of small packages
- Within Attica, shipments are made with a courier agency and their cost amounts to € 3.50 for parcels with a total weight of up to 3Kg. For parcels weighing more than 3Kg, there may always be a charge in consultation with the respective customer. Delivery takes place the next working day.
- Outside Attica and in destinations of mainland Greece, shipments are made with a courier agency and their cost amounts to € 5.00 for parcels with a total weight of up to 3Kg. For parcels weighing more than 3Kg, there may always be a charge in consultation with the respective customer. Delivery takes place in the next two working days at the most.
- Outside Attica and in destinations of island Greece, shipments are made with a courier agency and their cost amounts to € 5.40 for parcels with a total weight of up to 3Kg. For parcels weighing more than 3Kg, there may always be a charge in consultation with the respective customer. Delivery takes place in the next two working days at the most.
- Outside Attica and in remote or inaccessible destinations of mainland and island Greece, shipments are made with a courier agency and their cost amounts to € 7.00 for parcels with a total weight of up to 3Kg. For parcels weighing more than 3Kg, there may always be a charge in consultation with the respective customer. Delivery takes place in the next three working days at the most.
- Generally for destinations within Greece where the value of the parcels is equal to or greater than € 60.00, the shipments are made with a courier agency and are free for parcels with a total weight of up to 3Kg. For parcels weighing more than 3Kg, there may always be a charge in consultation with the respective customer.
- For Cyprus, shipments are made with a courier agency and their cost is € 12.50 for parcels with a total weight of up to 3Kg. For parcels weighing more than 3Kg, there may always be a charge in consultation with the respective customer. Delivery takes place within five working days.
- For shipments to other foreign countries the cost is borne by the customer and is made in direct consultation with him.
Shipments of large parcels
- Inside and outside Attica, shipments are made with transport companies whose cost ranges from € 10.00 to € 50.00 and depends on the size of the parcels. The respective customer is given the opportunity to indicate a cooperating transport company and to bear the cost of the shipment himself after consultation.
- Large parcels are sent to Cyprus if the process is undertaken by the respective customer.
